RO4350B, RO4003C and RO4725JXR available. DK 3.38–3.48, Df as low as 0.0027. Suitable for RF amplifiers, 5G antennas, communication modules and microwave PCB projects requiring stable dielectric performance.

Rogers RT/duroid Series

RT5880 (Dk 2.2, Df 0.0009) and RT5870 (Dk 2.33) available in thicknesses from 0.127mm to 3.175mm. Designed for radar, aerospace, satellite communication and advanced microwave systems requiring ultra-low loss.

PTFE Laminates

Low-loss PTFE materials with Df as low as 0.0009. Suitable for RF and microwave circuits where signal integrity and dielectric stability at high frequency are critical requirements.

F4B Materials

F4BM220 to F4BTM615 series with DK range 2.20–6.15. Cost-effective high-frequency material for communication devices, antenna boards and RF electronic assemblies.

Taconic Materials

TLY-5, TLP-5, RF-35, RF-60A and CER-10 available. DK range 2.17–10.0 covering a wide range of RF, microwave and high-speed applications requiring stable electrical performance.

FR4 + High Frequency Hybrid Stackups

Hybrid PCB stackups combining Rogers or PTFE core layers with FR4 for multilayer RF designs. Better cost control without compromising signal performance on critical layers.

Multilayer Lamination

2 to 36 layers supported. Hybrid stackups combining Rogers or PTFE with FR4 core available for cost-optimized multilayer RF designs.

Stable Plated Through Holes

Copper plating thickness 20–50μm in plated holes. Hole wall stability verified by cross-section inspection for multilayer and high-frequency boards.

Tight Tolerance Drilling

Minimum mechanical drill diameter 0.1mm. Hole diameter tolerance ±0.05mm. Aspect ratio up to 14:1 for high-density RF layouts.

Surface Finish Options

ENIG (gold 1–5μ″, nickel ≥120μ″), immersion silver, immersion tin, OSP, HASL and electroplated gold available based on application needs.
