RF PCB Quotation — Quote in 4–8 Hours
Send your Gerber, drill and stackup files for an RF PCB quotation — Rogers, PTFE, Taconic and F4B materials in stock, so material procurement time is never added to your quote or lead time. Quote and DFM feedback returned within 4–8 hours. No MOQ, from 1 board.

What to Send for an Accurate Quote
- Gerber files (RS-274X) — all layers
- NC drill file (Excellon format)
- Stackup drawing — material grade + dielectric thickness per layer, copper weight
- Impedance requirements — target impedance, tolerance, reference layer
- Quantity and IPC Class (if Class 3 required)
For a detailed walkthrough with examples, see Rogers PCB quote — what to include for an accurate price and Rogers PCB prototype China — lead times and files required.
What Affects Your RF PCB Quote
| Factor | Increases Cost | Riching PCB Note |
|---|---|---|
| Material grade | PTFE > Rogers RO4000 series > FR4 | RO3003/RT5880/RO3006/RO3010 in stock — no procurement surcharge |
| Layer count | More layers = more lamination cycles | 2-16L standard; 36L max |
| Min trace/space | 2.5mil tighter than 3mil — yield impact | Confirm if 2.5mil is required or 3mil suffices |
| Impedance tolerance | ±5% requires TDR measurement + report | +1-2 days, confirm if ±10% is acceptable |
| Surface finish | Hard gold / ENEPIG > ENIG | ENIG standard, included in base quote |
| IPC Class | Class 3 — more inspection, documentation | Specify only if program requires it |
| Panel utilization | Small boards = panel waste | DFM review optimizes panel layout |
| Quantity | Per-board cost decreases with volume | No MOQ — prototype pricing from 1 board |
The single largest cost factor for RF PCB is typically material grade — and this is where Riching PCB differs most from other quotes. Most factories add 3–4 weeks procurement lead time (and often a price premium) for RO3003, RT5880, RO3006 and RO3010 because they don’t stock these grades. Riching PCB stocks them — your quote reflects fabrication cost only, not a procurement surcharge.
Why Quotes Vary Between Factories
- Material procurement: factories without PTFE stock add 3–4 weeks and often quote higher to cover procurement risk — see PTFE PCB manufacturer
- Process capability: factories without in-house plasma activationmay quote PTFE at FR4-equivalent prices — and produce boards that fail in the field
- Hidden costs: tooling fees, test fixture fees, minimum order surcharges — confirm these are included
- Impedance verification: ±10% is usually included; ±5% with TDR reportmay be quoted separately — ask
